Walking past my Comic Spinner Rack, I looked over and realized I had this issue that seems to be hot right now. Looking for honest opinions before I put it in a sales thread

 

Scanner would let me crop correctly, so Im adding pics too

Can't tell for sure but appears to be some minute spin ticks?

Also assuming some discoloration is associated with the pictures not the book? 9.6

 

3 obvious (but small) spine ticks. Any discoloration in the pics.
