The last 7.0 sold for $128 2 years ago. Personally, I wouldn't submit. Detailed scans and photos inside and out should be enough for a raw sale.

Here's a completed listing at $117. The book looks very similar to yours, though the right side has less spacing between the CC stamp and the edge (oddly, the left edge position looks exactly like yours).

 

However, I've seen auctions (a little lower in grade) finish around $30.

 

Overstreet suggest $195ish- Not so sure about that one
