Captain America 139 Color Guide Complete Need Help

Hey Guys, I am testing the waters on a original 1971 Marvel Captain America Complete 22 page color guide. I bought this way back in the 1970's at a Phil Sueling show in NYC and I have no idea of it's value today. I am mainly a comic guy and I need help in coming up with a number on this wonderful set. The artwork is by John Romita is really killer and I believe Marie Severin is the colorist. This is the iconic issue with the cover of Steve looking a his police uniform on one side of the cover and his Cap uniform on the right. I have included some pictures of the set to judge and please let me your thoughts. Thanks Danny.
