What is going on near Firestorm's left hand? Is that tape pull? If so, 8.0.

 

If there is no tape pull, my bet would be 9.0 to 9.2. I don't think it could do better than 9.2 due to the color breaking spine stress.

It looks like ink transfer from another book to me.

I thought the amount of dirt on the back cover in this case would only affect the grading if the book was 9.4 or better.

Is that a crease on the lower front right corner? The "wood flooring" doesn't line up.

Yeah i regualry see 9.4/9.6 with similar accumulations of dirt. (maybe slightly less bad in the case of a 9.6 but not by much).

 

for example this is a 9.6 but the rest of the book is immaculate.

 

 

I would call your book a 9.0
