Aside from the thumb crease on the top edge and a little color rub along the spine I don't see much else wrong with the book based on the scans. Back cover is a little washed out. I think I see what appears to be some water damage, could be dirt but cannot see clearly.

 

7.0/7.5 is the range I am going with.

Nice copy for that book all the ones I find are trashed. My buddy just got 1K for a Tales 13 in like VG+ or so. Yeah I couldn't believe it either.

 

I am going to agree at 7.0/7.5 may even get a little higher.
