PGM: Spectacular Spider-Man #27 (with stain)

So here it is. I don't know what the stain is from. Looks like something melted on it and went through to inside of back cover. How much does this affect the grade and what do you think the grade is as a result? Thank you all!

Yeah thanks I figured. Choose the issue off the wall at a local comic place in exchange for a short box of modern comics. Didn't look at interior because I thought they would have mentioned a stain like that! Now I know...ALWAYS look inside! doh!
