Just picked this up and debating whether to have it pressed/graded. Any grades or comments are welcome

It's a nice book. It appears to have a little bit of dirt/foxing on the FC. This is one Id be tempted to try the Wonder bread trick on to see if it really works. As is 9.0/9.2.

Can't tell if there are any non-color breaking creases to be removed with a press. Your scans are kind of low-res. I'm guessing at a grade of 9.0.

 

If you're building a registry set of Adventure Comics, then sure, get it graded.

A 9.0 sold for $97 in July of last year. But overall there is very little sales data for this book, which means not many people are collecting it (in slabs, at least).
