The white line seems to be a printer defect. It runs the whole length of the board.

The best guess I'd feel comfortable giving for the pics is 9.4.

 

Everything looks good, but these pictures do not allow me to go any higher, but I understand if you do not have access to a scanner.

 

Going by how careful you seem to be - the close pics of what you see that may be defects - it is probably almost certainly 9.6 or higher!

9.6 in my opinion - I see a crease in the middle of the back cover that appears to slightly break color.
