The bottom picture shows the insides of the comic (or some of the insides) dropping below the cover. If there's a structural problem with the comic with the insides somehow detached from the binding then I would say a 2.0 at best. Given the other damage to the comic, perhaps 1.8.

Also, this is Amazing Spiderman Annual #4, not Amazing Spiderman #4 (maybe you know this, but just in case you are asking for opinions with an eye towards selling it somewhere).
