Gerber Photo-Journal stickers?

Anyone know where to get the sticker sets to fill the blank spots in Gerber's Photo-Journals for volumes one and two? I heard they were made, but I am not sure.

A few were made available in the Comic Book Marketplace Specials, of which I think there have been five so far - a sneaky way to get folks to buy what are in essence reprints of earlier issues. In addition I think a couple of regular issues from around 1996 had a few as well. Special #5 is the only one still available from the publisher.
