Sorry, for some reason the attached pictures aren't showing. I used the file manager to add them. What did I do wrong?

Pictures are not showing. You should copy and paste the URL (the web address of each picture) between image tags, as in this example:

Cool – if you click on the picture in imgur, you can paste a clickable version which makes accessible to the users the largest one stored.

You can change on the fly the size of the picture (thumbnail or linked picture) by adding a different letter. Here I added an [h] which shows a larger size of the image, instead of the [l] which is at the end of your URL:

Here I have created a large clickable image, by clicking on it you can access the larger version of the picture you uploaded. You can do the same for all the pictures, by just copying "Linked BBCode (message boards)" from the appropriate field you can see in the list when you click on a picture.

Nothing at all!

I’ll leave the grading to others, as I am not much skilled with books with fairly large pieces out of the cover.

I could guess a GDVG, maybe a VG- because the rest of the book is very nice, but I could be flat out wrong!

That is a gorgeous book! Shame about the missing piece in the cover.

 

I would say it's 6.5 because of the missing piece.

I think the missing piece will bring it down much more than that. I'm going to say 4.5. And most people prefer scans to pics if you can do it...

I got my graded comics back! This one came in at 5.0!

Wow, I wouldn’t have imagined such a large piece out was allowed in the VGFN range – missed by that much, like 1.5 points!
