PGM: Spider-Woman #9

I don't usually do this, but thought I would ask some opinions on grade.

Do you think cgc would give this a 9.8 ?

I uploaded larger scans to tinypic, but this is the largest they will show.

Trying to make a little time and hopefully be able to help a brother out.

 

There are no hidden defects, all pages are there, no tears or stains.

It's very clean. I don't see anything that jumps out at me from the scan.

 

If it's flat, sharp corners, and no spine stress, I say go for it.

They could – just be prepared that if it comes back as a 9.8 you’ll have Hado on your trail…

 

Kidding apart, man, I loved this story when I read it. The Needle was as much fascinating as it was bizarre.

A 9.8 wouldn't surprise me in the slightest on that book. But of course for those kind of grades you really need to have the book in hand and look at it from multiple angles.

Thanks so much for the feedback guys! In hand I can't see any bends, creasing, staining, or anything like that. It lays perfectly flat.

Really hoping this one comes back 9.8

Knowing CGC I doubt that they would give a 9.8, the scan makes it look likely but they always seem to rate a couple points down

The only thing I can really see is the bottom of the spine has a slight ding, more visible on the cover scan.
