I'd guess this too would get a .5 from CGC, or maaaybe a 1.0 ... the heavy loss of interior paper at the top just too much to ignore. But this book presents a lot better than the other .5s you've posted, and I think the market value would reflect that.

I'm getting my head around starting to slab some comics and even though these 4 issues I posted have similar damage, the varying severity of the damage had me wondering where CGC might draw the line, so you hit on exactly what I was curious about.

 

I'm leaning toward submitting them simply to have them preserved properly. At some point, though probably years away, I'll sell them and will be glad the then that I'd run them through CGC.
