the wrap is a little off on the right side so it looks like lots of spine ticks but actually its the back cover design, see the wall behind the punisher on the back cover.

I am at a 6.0

Only 2 spine ticks that I could see. The worst offender is the bottom right corner whose damage looks like it goes through from front page to last page. I'm a beginner in understanding how CGC grades (though I've graded 1000s with Overstreet standards) and I first thought 7.5. Obviously there's a big difference there between my grade and Artboy99s.
