PGM both Ghost Rider #50 AND Power Man and Iron Fist #57

Got some good responses in my last thread, still trying to learn better how to grade comics, so I'll throw my two new pick ups. Give just a grade, give a grade and reasoning (would be much appreciated), whatever, all good, thanks

 

First up is Ghost Rider #50

 

Corners

 

slight mark above the right shoulder

 

you can see the cover sticks out past the rest of the pages, so that overhang is in poor condition. Also, there is some kinda crease? running vertically down the comic about an inch away from the right edge

 

 

Front spine, only small indents, but one major one toward the lower end

 

Rear spine, same indent as major one from front, rest is pretty clean

 

Close up of top edge, which is a little rough

 

Only one color break on the cover, here's a close up

Ok, I think I covered all the defects.

 

And now we got the Power Man and Iron Fist #57

front spine, mad indents everywhere, heavy too

 

 

rear spine, bottom half had no indents so I cut it off, also notice indents toward top center

 

 

Theres 3 indents which actually cause slight color break, here's a close up

 

 

I think this would get major benefit from a press. What's your grade? Also, what would be your expected grade if this were to undergo a press?
