Wavy comic cover

I have an old Marvel King Size comic. It looks to be a 9.4 or 9.6. It really perfect. The only flaw is light waving on the cover along the spine area. I've seen this before with theses books. It's obvious that this occurred during the printing and binding process. Since this is how it came (not caused by normal wear or damage) How does this affect grade?
