PGM Fantastic Four #46 (or Lockjaw gets it!)

This comic has seen a lot of love. How much love? That's where you come in. To me, it looks like Lockjaw got a hold of this, after some kid had a go at it.

 

Staples are clean and intact. No pages missing or cutouts. Pages are offwhite (in pics below, lamplight gives an undue yellowish tint). Evidence of stain visible on interior of front cover (third pic below). Corner crease on bottom right corner travels through book. Two oddball tears on the interior that affect only the pages seen in pics four and five below.

 

And see if you can catch what was done to the cover. I'll add it in spoiler tags, but you need to know what it is to grade it properly.

 

 

Someone inked in the eyes of some of the Inhumans, visible in purple.

 

 

I'll tell you what the book was advertised at later.

I am totally ignorant as far as "marker interventions"…

 

Without the coloring in the eyes I’d say VG+ or a bit better is OK, but with them I am unsure…
