I'm very sure a lot of you guys have already come across this, but out of curiosity I decided to get a bit more insight for this reprint. I have seen the issue up at $2000 on mycomicshop, graded in the high 9's without the record. Is anyone able to give me a proper grading and tell me what it could be in its current condition? It also comes in a very solid, 10 screw FORTRESS case.
