My favorite Joker cover is 'Tec 476. Even over Bats 251, although that cover is more iconic (just can't get over how disjointed Joker's hips are). Detective Comics 826 is actually my favorite Joker story.

Seriously though, 251 is great and KJ. One that nobody has mentioned that I think is great is Batman #663 - The Clown at Midnight.
