Anyone want Spotlight 2, first Werewolf by Night?

Here is my copy of Spotlight 2, first Werewolf by Night. It's a nice looking copy, around F/F+ (looks better than in the scan) but there is a cutout on the top of the first page that does not effect the story, so I don't know what it would actually grade. I have included scans....take a look. The pink slip is there to better show the missing piece. Any reasonable offers will be taken, in trade or money. Again, willing to let this go pretty cheap.
