I have to disagree with the consensus on here.

 

It's a 8.5 for me, maybe a lucky 9.0.

 

Nothing majorly wrong with the book, but there are a number of small defects which won't make it to the 9.4/9.6.

 

Small fraying at top left.

 

Corner ding at top right.

 

Spine break at the C of "Comics".

 

*7 further spine breaks (albeit small).

 

Bottom left fraying.

 

Small colour break/chip? on back bottom left.

The chip missing along the bottom of the back cover, if that is the case, would keep it around 9.0-9.2.

Not really a chip missing could be a printing/ cutting defect still attached to the book

I'm with ya at 9.2 then, VW. I'm not sure if this one can go any higher than 9.4, even with a perfect press job.
