Star Spangled 81. Not a rare or expensive book, just one of those covers that has a great feel to it.

Aside from Kubert, nobody did war covers as well as Russ Heath - fantastic - I really have to start collecting more of them.

That was just highlights from box 1! I'll do box 2 tonight.

 

The price for the two short magazine boxes, about 250 books, approached $5000.

 

Most of theses books are Fair - VG, tending towards Fa/G to G-. So, they are actually very affordable - and therefore nearly impossible to find. Some of the Horror guides in Good for $50, but the romance and war and crime (with notable exceptions - some pictured here) are closer to $10-$30.
