Tough book to grade. I'd say 8.0.

It is tough. I don't think CGC takes much off for fading, though. I've seen books where the whole cover was faded still get high grades.

 

I think it'd be a 9.2, but it'd be a 9.2 with terrible eye appeal, so you wouldn' be able to get a 9.2 price for it.
