This book from my experience is very hard to find a nice clean bright copy.

 

The crease on the back cover looks worse then I thought on hi res I am going to say 9.2 because I don't think its a bindery tear it looks like a crease. Otherwise very nice copy you might still pull a weak 9.4

I just double checked this book and the spot in the back lower right corner is definitely a crease and not a tear. Two other unknowns to me:

 

1) Binding curl. Can curl like this be pressed out?

2) I wonder at what point are pages considered OFF-WHITE or YELLOW? And that affects the grade, correct? The picture below makes the pages look more white than what they are to the eye. Many of my Avenger comics have darker pages for some reason. (Toned more like the pages on my X-Men 106 pictured here):
