It will of course all depend on who they get to direct it and how much involvement the studio actually has in it. The Spidey franchise was in good hands with Sam Ramey until Sony stepped in to shoe-horn Venom into the 3rd film.

 

Garfield and Stone were good, but the Amazing franchise just got crushed under it's own weight and some bad writing.

Yep, the latest movie was just a commercial to launch spinoffs.

I will probably never watch it again after the one time in the theater.

 

I'm not saying these movies will be good.

I'm just saying it will effect prices on specific comic books.

The RRP is helping Silk make a comeback. I thought Spider-Gwen was going to crush her for a minute but next week should give us a better idea when Gwen's story starts to fill out.

Spider Gwen will crush SIlk by sheer volume of variants....I think people are afraid to be the one to drop the hammer on the Comicspro that's at $250

I was talking about their stories more than their volume. I'm curious how they will go. I've heard some people mention that Spider-Gwen may go through scenarios that Peter Parker faced. Kind of like they did with Ultimate Spider-man. I think that would be fun to read if that were the case.

I'd rather have an EoW RRP for that kind of money but I'm sure others would rather have Silk.
