You need a bigger screen. Both upper corners have taken heavy impacts. Spine wear, rough corners. 7.0

If there is no cover creasing not visible in the scans, I would peg this between 8.5 and 9.0 (VF+ to VFNM). Scans can magnify defects such as spine stress, etc.

Look again at the upper outer corner. It was dropped, and the corner got crunched. You can see 4 seperate creases that run through the entire book, more visible on the front (3 starting in the blue, one in the red). The upper spine corner took a lesser impact too, causing that jagged white crease/split coming down at a 45.

I see what you mean, but hard to tell how this is from a scan: again, grading from a scan is just a partial exercise. I’d still not grade this one below VF, rest of the book is very nice.
