Billy Bunny's Christmas Frolics 1, 1952. Farrell

Big ol' squarebound, this one has a small piece out lower FC, ditto upper and lower spine, and the cover is still attached to page 1, but page 1 is hanging on by a thread to the rest of the book. Rubbing along lower edge BC

Overstreet G is $21, how about $14? SOLD!

Black Rider 8 (#1). 1950. Marvel

First issue of this title, and lookie there! According to Overstreet that's Stan The Man himself, Stan Lee the Black Rider on that photo cover!

Book looks great at first glance, flat, clean, square, still has pretty decent gloss, but there's an old tape repair inside lower FC, that light ink name upper FC, and there's a 3/4 x 1 inch triangular piece off upper FC.

Looks great in a shiny new mylar.

Asking $50 SOLD! per PM

Black Rider 15, 1951.

Solid enough copy, but it has a small tear upper FC, small tear lower BC, and a small corner off upper RH BC. Small light stain lower RH BC. And with all that, it STILL displays nicely.

Asking $20

Thun'da 3, 1952. Magazine Enterprises

Reader copy, looks okay until you open the cover and see aaaaaaallll those tape repairs, inside FC and BC. Sigh...

On the bright side, a kind of cool fish-man cover. Gotta love a fur bikini, lol

EDIT: Oh, and doesn't that look like Devil Dinosaur's great grandpa lower left? lol LOL

$15 takes it

Astonishing 31, 1954.

Sharp looking copy, but there's an old tape repair inside lower RH FC, dogear was evidently once detached and someone taped that baby back on. Subscription-type crease BC.

Otherwise, flat, clean, glossy, tight spine and CF, offwhite pages.

Asking $50
