Front cover is gorgeous but back cover has tiny bindery chips here and there as can be seen on scan.

 

Just a few months weeks ago, this issue was a sleeper, with very little interest (it took me forever to sell my NM- run #169-173 last year) but now it's one of the hottest books in the market.
