PGM - Silver Surfer #4 (square cover split)

This one isn't very high grade, so I'm wondering how much the split effects it. Also has anyone submitted a square bound book with the kind of split before? Will the slab keep the cover in place or would there be a chance that the cover could shift while inside? I wouldn't really want it graded if the cover is shifted.
