It looks like you have discovered that Boardies undergrade a lot over here. Every book I have submitted has done much better with CGC than here. Congrats.

I don't have a problem with under grading, most of us boardies are still trying to learn/improve and sometimes get it wrong.

 

What does surprise me though is that very few actually post the grades their books they achieve (doing this helps us all improve our grading with real world examples and part of the reason I love taking part in the grading comps here).

 

In fact, I refer to Timerns PGM Guidelines, Helpful Hints and General Etiquette:

9. If you post your book in the PGM forum for grading and eventually send it into CGC for professional grading, be kind and post the CGC results and if possible an image of the slabbed book. Many here would like to see how well their grading skills match up to those at CGC.
