Under the old standards it would have been a solid CGC 3.0, maybe even 3.5. But if it's treated the same as a detached cover, I'm thinking 2.5 is the top.

I would have to agree that it could come back 2.5, but I would argue that's the floor versus the ceiling. Structurally too sound to go lower IMO. I'll stop krapping on my own PGM thread now. Just had to get that off my chest
