And I think three of the best books being released right now are:

 

Saga

Rachel Rising

The Walking Dead

 

Everyone knows about Saga and TWD, but way too many are missing out on Rachel Rising which has terrifc art and fantastic storytelling with genuine and believable characters with great dialogue.

Hey all. So this topis is one thats probably been done and redone countless times, but I'd like to know what you would recommend me to read, and why?

 

But i guess to make it a little different, try to pick one story arch that would be your pitch to sell me on either a character or writer?

 

Fore example, I'm not a Green Lantern fan, don't know why, just never appealed to me, if you had to sell me on Green Lantern, whats the one story arch that would do it?

 

Same for a creator, If I didnt like Geoff Johns (which btw, i love his work), what arc of his would be your pitch?

 

I'll write a recap of what I read and my thoughts, and If i was sold.
