Some advice on a no show seller

I know tragedy/death occurs in most everyone's lives and at most in opportune times, but people don't quit their jobs, stop feeding their kids, or stop paying the mortgage. To blow someone off that you have taken their money and with intentions of returning to them some item, but then to disappear just isn't fair no matter what tragedy (other than their own death) is/was.

His pm's go unread so I don't know if that will help :(

 

Even if he's not reading the PM, make sure that you put "probation list nomination" as the topic. He's at least going to see that even if he doesn't read the message. And you can't say you didn't give ample warning of nomination at that point.

 

Did the other buyer tell you how he was able to get in touch with him since he obviously did (in order to pester him enough) while you've been unable to reach the seller?
