An exceptional copy of a book by writer GREG RUCKA.

 

There's been talk -- as we've probably all come to expect now -- about this Indie title getting the Hollywood treatment -- and the book has been optioned by Fox. The story's protagonist is a cool-as-ice British spy last seen in the pages of Rucka's WHITEOUT series. Neither a director nor any actor has been attached to the project, but rumor has it that their favorite is actress Ellen Page for the lead.

 

With speculation all over the board, and nothing official announced, my best guess is that the eventual answer will be 'Yes'. Fox wants to build a 'Jason Bourne' - like franchise with a female lead, and the storyline here is perfect for Page. It almost screams, "Pick Me!"
