This one saw the FIRST APPEARANCES of THE OUTSIDERS and three of its members:

HALO, GEO-FORCE, and KATANA. The book was also a double-sized finish for The Dark Knight,

with Mike W. Barr scripting and the famous DAVE GIBBONS providing the interior art.

Another chance to pick up a great set for one great price! Launched in late 2010, artist DAVID FINCH got his turn at "Bat" by doing the writing and illustrating of BATMAN THE DARK KNIGHT #01,02,03,04, and #05 (2011). The series ran for just those five issues, then was cancelled in preparation of its own relaunch in September of 2011, when it became an inaugural member of DC's New 52.

 

This listing is for the entire five-book set, with individual issues grading 9.2 (NM-) or above.
