Psst, hey buddy...over here...can you spare a grade for this LCS find?

One of my collecting quirks is for anniversary issues. This week, I doubled my collection of issue #100 covers. If you visit my LCS Outer Limits, there's are about 6 boxes of "vintage comics" that sit below three shelves of select comics ranging from Modern to Silver. Any comic on the shelves with a yellow price tag have been consigned. This copy of Iron Man 100 sat among a line of yellow tag comics. I'd seen it a week or two earlier and been attracted to it. It'd look nice next to my ASM 100.

 

Anyhow, what do you think for a grade?

8.0 maybe , hard one with th small stain and the 2 corners looking a tad worn.

I was at 8.0 as well with those corners and those colour breaking spine ticks.
