8.5 (thumbs u Although, it presents much nicer. It's a tough book as the soft cover is not really that soft, and creases easily. I passed on one several years ago and have regretted it since. The collector was an old guy, who kept all of his books "under his bed". He has since disappeared (believe he died) and his son was selling his books for a while. I passed because I was buying all of his keys, and only had so much money to go around at the time.

Becuase of the back cover creases on the corners I Believed it was a 7.0 or so. Do you really think it can be a 8.5? The front cover does look NM

Yes, you have to grade the whole book, not just the defects.
