I have seen the figure of 12,000 copies a few times....just a couple thousand more than The Crow #1 and the same as The Crow #4

It was a full 3 years after the book was released that anyone knew it was a real key issue, when Lady Death #1 was a smash hit. Given that it was a small press indy book, finding it in high grade is incredibly difficult with that amount of time before people started searching for it in earnest.
