CGC Graded Comic Appears to have water damage under capsule

Hello, first post and not sure if this is the right board. I bought a CGC graded 9.6 SS Deadpool #27 Hastings variant from someone. After further inspection, it appears there is moisture within the case and the comic appears discolored.

 

Can anyone confirm this, and if so, is there anything that can be done about it? Does CGC guarantee that these cases are sealed and should not allow moisture in?

There's no water. It a very common thing that a zillion people ask about.

 

It's just a light effect that happens when the two plastics between the outer and inner shell touch each other.

Thanks, I'll search the forum to see if there is any remedy to it. It's not very appealing for display purposes. It's also a very thick book, so that's probably why they are pressing together.

the remedy is to slide a piece of paper inside the slab between the 2 plastics to separate them.
