Structurally tight, flat, but not as nice as my 181 posted earlier. Not as glossy either. Pages ow and staples tight.

structurally looks Fine, but there's a good amount of foxing or light soiling on the front and back covers.

CGC 5.0 with a shot at 5.5.  would be worth a professional cleaning, though results with depend on how much is soiling (removable) vs foxing (not removable)
