Marker on the interior of comics

New to the site and first time poster.

 

I have recently bought a collection of comics (1000) from a gentlemen that collected them when he was a child. They are mainly '76-'85 Marvel. The problem that I am seeing is that he colored in the eyes of most of the characters with red marker. There is some bleed through but it isn't horribly detracting from the reading of the comic. Others he must have gotten more bored with and decided to color in Scarlet witches outfits with a more vibrant red color which bled through a bit more.

 

MY QUESTION: How much does this type of defacing effect the grading of the comics?
