Dark Crystal original Storyboards, The Thing, Planet of the Apes etc. SALE

Hi folks -

 

Mike Ploog, which many of you may have heard of from his storyboard work on Lord of the Rings (Bakshi), The Dark Crystal, Carpenter's The Thing, etc. and some comic work on Marvel's Planet of the Apes is having a Kickstarter. The Kickstarter is a go, but it still has some amazing original art available on most of the tiers. The base tier is a hardcover book that is a retrospective of his artwork over the years. Next tier is a signed book - but THEN as you hit the higher levels, each level comes with an ORIGINAL hand-drawn storyboard from one of his films or the comic book - YOUR CHOICE. And these are worth a LOT more than the tiers of the kickstarter.

 

I'm not affiliated with Ploog other than being a fan - BUT I have bought in to one of the tiers and am hoping enough people purchase to get them to their 2nd stretch goal which would get me (and others) a nice reprint of some of the storyboards.
