Superman #61...canadian copy? 1950

In with an OO dc collection was this Superman..I am not up on golden age stuff. So I checked around and found out this is NOT the same as the regular one from 1949...

 

Its probably around a vg..

 

My question is, does this have any real value?

Probably worth 50% at best of a normal US version. The only time they are typically worth more is if they are sought after covers/issues. What does he indicia say, who printed this?

Says issued bi monthly from Simcoe publishing by arrangement with national...feb-mar 1950

The GCD shows the Canadian edition doesn't have the 1st Kryptonite story, unfortunately.

Is it worth getting it graded? Value it at $100? I know OSG has a US version at $348 in VG..

I wouldn't slab a mid-grade copy...might be a waste of money.
