PGM: TMNT Vol 1 #4 Tales Error

I picked up this raw copy during the Calgary Expo last April. It was the first time I had ever seen it in person, so regardless of it's condition, I had to have it. Funny thing was, after I traded for it on the Saturday, the guy had another copy on the rack the very next day. Maybe they're not as rare as I thought. :P

 

Anyways, the colour is great, but the spine has a lot of wear. So does the top edge of the cover, due to it overlapping the pages in size. Would love to hear what your thoughts are on this.
