Amazing Spider-Man #71, Quicksilver appearance, Apr 1969

 

Picked up on eBay. Staples are tight. Please look closely at the black areas on the front cover.

From what I can see by your pic...

 

Slight Corner Wear, Minor Creasing On Outer Corners, Slight Creasing Above "MAZ" in Amazing,

Slight Edge Wear, Some Discoloration On Spine

 

According to the grading standards and taking into consideration the lack of any spine stress/spine creases/staple tears etc, IMO...
