NO one knows how to grade The Unexpected 105?

I bought this issue right when I started buying and selling on eBay(@ 15yrs ago) as part of a group lot. I didn't notice it before but it has two additional staples. What for?

 

It has very good cover gloss and clean off white pages inside.

Looks to me like an 8.0/8.5 or so. The extra staples that were added after the manufacturing process will be noted on the CGC label if you sub it.
