PGM Avengers Annual 7 bad bindery mis-aligned cover

What does this do to a CGC grade? I've never submitted to CGC so I'm trying to get a feel for what is and isn't allowed in their eyes. Any help is greatly appreciated guys!

6.0 -missing chunk bottom left front cover, fold on bottom right front cover, two noticeable colour breaking ticks, two rounded corners, wear on the back. I don't think the miswrap will count against you.

Yeah once you get that far down in grade most bindery issues are allowed as I understand it. Just wanted to get a second opinion so thanks for your input buddy...

The grabber marks on the bottom edge and crooked cover are common defects for this book, but I wouldn't submit this copy to be graded.

Yeah I'm putting it up on eBay as is. I love learning everything I can about CGC's grading methodologies and protocols so I can maximize my ROI when submitting my books. The only books I've sent were ones that were already graded then I had them signed at conventions to get SS labels.
