I wonder if the final bid would have gone higher if the seller was not from Singapore? While, I do believe the seller is legit, I think some bidders are generally hesitant about certain regions even if PayPal offers protection. Some also saw it as a relatively quick flip.

 

It's a nice page. I'm sure the buyer will be happy.
