Pretty sure the stain and top staple wear were the grade killers here....still very nice though.

yes, it helps to detail the centerfold is attached as is the cover. at least start there. then any info on tanning on the inside, etc is helpfull to make an overall assessment of the book.

for me, the staining is the big culprit here... but still, even based on the grader notes, it seems harshly graded.
