Amazing Fantasy #15 reprint

Interesting book here, I posted last year on ebay auction style and it sold for $45.00 but the buyer didn't pay. Instead of repost, I kept it. It's still in the bag it came in and I got it from the deluxe DVD gift box purchase of the first Spider-Man movie. It's in wonderful shape but I wouldn't know how to price it. I would be happy with the price listed.
